Annual General Meeting.

Our long-awaited AGM will take place on Sunday 28th July 2024 at 3 pm at  our hall. You are welcome to attend. This year is election year, and we urge you to join our committee and to bring new and fresh ideas and innovations. For those who are interested, we have attached a MC Member Nomination form for you to complete.  Please complete the form and send it by email to [email protected]

Invitation is only open to Members of DMM of the UK and all are urged to come to the meeting. This is your chance to see what your Mandal has done over the past year and what is scheduled for the coming year.

You can also meet the committee members and discuss your ideas, views and concerns. You will also get the opportunity to put forward your ideas and concerns to them.

3. One Minute Silence
4. Approval of the Minutes of the last AGM .
5. The president’s / Vice President address
6. The Secretary / Joints Secretary’s report
7. The Treasurer’s / Joint Treasurer- Financial Report.

9. Election of office bearers and Committee Members from 2024 to 2026 for the following posts:

11. Appointment of Auditors

13. Thank You and Close

Nominations to the Management Committee can be made by clicking on the link below and download the AGM 2024 form. Once complete, please complete it and return the form as soon as possible.

All Nomination Forms MUST be received by emailing [email protected] to the Secretary Mahendra Kapadia .

Invitations of suggestions and Motions by MC and Community members must also be received by the secretary before Sunday.
Please note: In the event of the meeting not having the required quorum, it will be adjourned for 30 minutes and will be reconvened when it will not be necessary to have quorum and will be conducted with those who are present.
