The Pavilion is available to hire 7 days a week. To book, please follow the Calendar and Booking form link below to find out if hall is available for your desired date.

If the hall is available, complete the booking form and submit. The Hall Manager will contact you to invite you to visit the hall and discuss the exact requirements as well as the range of other service provisions.

If there are other services you require, please note them when sending your booking. Please note, the hire of the kitchen is included in our rates.

Once you have agreed to terms and viewed the hall. Complete the Hall Booking Agreement and Terms and Conditions Documents. These should be completed online, any attachments uploaded, then e-signed and submitted to the Hall booking officer.

Once all the key documents have been approved by the Hall Booking Officer, you will be asked to make an online payment for the required hall booking deposit. The Booking will only be set to booked and Reserved once this payment is received. Final online payment for the hall will be requested by email, 1 month before your event date.
