Membership requests will be reviewed by DMMUK’s Executive and Member Committee (EC & MC) for the following. Please note that the EC decision is final:
- For Annual or Life Membership, requestors must belong to the Gujarati Hindu Darji Community, (hereinafter called “the Community”) either by descent or marriage.

Events Annual and Life members enjoy great reductions to all our events throughout the year. Members will get priority and enjoy great discounts to all our wonderful cultural, community, and religious events. Our well established events are:

- Diwali Dinner and Fireworks
- Children’s Christmas Party
Additionally, members will get tickets allocation priority and free access to events like Hanuman Chalisa, and 60+ Dinner Events. Subscription Services We provide the following online publications and notifications:
- Darji Voice Newsletter: A quarterly newsletter communicating latest community news, sharing great achievements and key Mandal progress on projects and other relevant to our community announcements.
- Bereavement emails: Notifying of deaths within our community, providing details of Funeral and Shanti Prathana arrangements assisting the family of the deceased to communicate the key information and allow the community to share condolence, sympathies and support during their difficult time.
- Events Notification: We provide early notification to the community to our well attended events and give the community ample opportunity to discuss and book tickets our events.
Access to Online Directory Annual and Life Members will have online access to the online Darji Directory. This allows members to search for community member details of those who have agreed to publication of their details in the Darji Directory at registration. This provides an efficient way to access information such as address, contact details and include a map showing the members locations using embedded Google maps components. For more information visit the Directory section of the website. Free Use of Hall for Bereavement Service Annual and Life Members will be able to book our community hall for up to 5 hours for free to carry our Shanti Prathna, Barmu or Termu events providing support to families during their difficult times. This will be subject to hall availability.
