Secretary of DMMUK
I joined the Mandal one year ago and am the present Secretary of DMMUK. My intentions for joining were to take our community forward, involve our youths to take pride, bring our community together through listening to the needs of all our members and supporting my fellow board to maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment for all.
It gives me the pride to help the community, organise projects, events, and involvement and be involved with our community. Joining the committee has given me the opportunity to take o various projects such as designing the lighting to enhance the ambience in our hall and ensuring cost-efficient approaches.
Utilising my experience as an avid volunteer of a Hindu Temple for over 15 years and my background in running multiple successful businesses, I hope as a team we will be able to continue delivering successful events in the future, stay well connect with our fellow Darji community members across the UK and build a solid foundation for the youth of our community to take forward in the future. I see a bright future, having an organised committee with everyone contributing their skills and expertise.
I also enjoy social activities and community services.
